My stay at Quality Inn El Portal had its highs and lows. The location in Condado was excellent, just a short stroll from Ashford Avenue and the beach. Yet, the hotel itself seemed outdated, with some cleanliness issues. The breakfast provided was basic and lacked variety, leaving me wanting more.
